When I look into the faces of my children, I smile and I thank God for every blessing He has ever placed in my life. How do I know that my appreciation is not in vain? As real as my body is, my spirit is as well. As well as I can feel a tug at my arm, I can feel a tug in my soul. God has promised me a great many things, and has never been made a liar. God has protected me from things that I perceived to be wonderful, and has given me clarity to realize the goodness in some things that I thought to be destructive!

As humans living in a modern time with all the scientific breakthroughs and the advanced technology, we have become accustomed to require proof of anything that tests the boundaries of our own comprehension. However, even though I do not- and may not ever- understand God, His presence has been proven in my life so many times that it does no good to maintain an accurate count. God is real because He lives within me. I can feel Him stronger than I am able to feel most things that I can see and touch… at times, I feel I need more proof from the simple aspects of reality than I do of God’s existence.

This universe and every organism and microorganism that resides within it is so complex and perfectly made, this explanation alone- coupled with the fact that we all originated somewhere- tells us that there IS a supreme being… because He is the only being in existence that has no origin- He just IS, WAS, and WILL BE! God’s word, and the integrity that it holds and has held throughout the years… is the only WORD that has stood the test of time, the test of doubt! Every instance in which science attempted to disprove the Word of God written within the Bible, only stronger evidence is found to support the Word of God.
